      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/703428"&gt;@dwb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I also have Square For Retail but am NOT seeing this issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In thinking about this, can you provide us more information, such as;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Do you have the card or card number?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Can you check the balance of the card?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What does the original transaction refund options say?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When exactly are you seeing the error and/or how are you creating the error?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm hoping with more information we might be able to get a better idea of what's going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
