I don't see that exact model ( &lt;STRONG&gt;Epson T88III)&lt;/STRONG&gt; on our&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/us/en/compatibility/accessories/receipt-printers" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Compatibility Page&lt;/A&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;.&lt;/STRONG&gt; If you aren't seeing Bluetooth in your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/8246-connect-a-printer-to-square" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Printer Settings&lt;/A&gt; in the app then that option isn't available for the model and the Square application. While you might have been able to connect the device previously. If your model isn't supported it could cause connection issues. I would reach out to &lt;A href="https://epson.com/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;Epson&lt;/A&gt; to investigate this further. Their support number is&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;(562) 276-1314&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
