Hi @rockstaremilio1. I’ve read your post a half dozen times and thought about it. First, what do you mean by “job descriptions?” In Square Team, we have permission sets/jobs but those don’t have descriptions. Also, could you post a screen shot of where you are seeing job descriptions in scheduling?

I think you may be referring to the Permissions Names? If that's the case you would go to Team --> Permissions --> Then click on the one that you want to change the name & allowed permissions of--> Then you can simply click on the name and re-type what you want it so say.
