      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having a problem with open tickets that was working but now either after an update, etc. is not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I open a ticket on my POS (ipad) and start a tab, but go to pay with a square terminal and it shows no open tickets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anything? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are not testing any beta versions of the restaurants software are you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you happen to be testing (I think the tabs might be one) then the open tickets will not sync except with the same version of the beta.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it was the beta. I turned off the beta on the countertop and everything synced. But now have no access to pre-auth &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
