Activating/Deactivating Taxes via the Square for Restaurants Build? (Mobile Food Truck Ops)

Thanks for reading....I've done a bunch of searches and can not find guidance specific to the Restaurants build.

I am running Square for Restaurants on a register setup inside of a food truck that moves around between different municipalities. Pretty much no two municipalities across 10 or so have the same rates, so I need to be able to switch between them easily.

I have programmed all the relevant rates into the dashboard online via my computer and am clear on how to activate and deactivate them, but I can not find any way to adjust via the terminal itself. The More->Settings->Checkout->Sales Tax path does not seem to be accessible inside the restaurants build.

Is there any way for me to activate and deactivate these tax rates directly from the register when I get to a location, or do I instead have to do it from a computer every time before every event, and/or revert to the regular square build?

The only way I know of for Square for retail is setting the Tax Rate on a computer, BUT at the time of Each sale you can adjust this.

Ring up the Sale like normal, Tap the Blue Tax, and then you should see a List of all your Taxes that you configured on a Computer. This is kind of Clunky doing it this way but can save you if you accidentaly or have to change Tax locations and have no access to a computer. Now could you use a mobile phone and go through your webrowser instead of the app to make this change?? That could be another option for you. I am just trying to give suggestions for things for you to try since I do not change Tax locations and only use Square for Retail, which is why I can not try these myself.

Thanks for the suggestion but this, as you mentioned, is cumbersome. On restaurants, I basically have to enable all 18 of my programmed taxes, and then unselect the ones I don't need for every single transaction.
