Still waiting for age verification capabilities on Square for Restaurants

We are using Square for restaurants. We plan to start selling alcohol in the near future and are now selling tobacco products. We need to be able to keep records proving we verified age for these purchases in order to protect ourselves. It seems they've had this in the retail POS for at least 9 months. Is this still not availble to restaurants? Adding this is a very obvious no-brainer and you already have the code, so I hope it's live and I just can't find the info!.......

Right now, age verification on items is through the Square for Retail software. I know it's frustrating because there is definitely a need for it in the restaurant industry as well.

I don't have any details on when this will be available for Square for Restaurants, but I do know it is a priority for them.
