Cannot Turn Off Combine Identical Items

We have just gone live with our square system. My kitchen staff has complained that the 1x, 2x, 3x, etc is not super noticeable and they'd like that individual items each have their own lines on tickets so food is not missed. In the printer profile, it's toggled off combine identical items. Online it tells you to check individual settings at each POS, but there's no individual setting for this. How can I get it so it separates my items on my kitchen tickets?

Hey there @ATS219 Here are the steps to accomplish your goal:

Sign in to your Square Dashboard.
Click on Settings.
Select Device Management.
Click on Kitchen settings.
Go to Order settings.
Toggle OFF the option for "Combine identical items".
Click Save.
