    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the free version wouldn’t prevent your items from showing up. The main reasons an items wouldn’t show is: it’s not assigned to a category, it doesn’t have any inventory added, it isn’t set as visible or marked for online and you don’t have the location set.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only other thing I could think of that is not in the list, is if you have archived the item, when archived it will not show up on your website.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have put all my product in my store but some of them are not showing up or they are not available to put in the customers cart? &amp;nbsp;Please help me figure this out&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Here are a few things you can check to make sure they are enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.Check Product Visibility&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Log in to your Square Dashboard.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Navigate to Items &amp;gt; Item Library.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Confirm that the affected products are marked as “Visible Online”:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Open the product details.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Ensure the visibility toggle for “Available Online” or similar is enabled.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Check Inventory Levels&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Products with zero stock might not be available to purchase.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Go to Items &amp;gt; Inventory Management and check:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• If the stock is listed as zero or negative, update the quantity.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• If the item uses “Stock Tracking,” ensure you have marked it as “In Stock.”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Check Fulfillment Settings&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• For online availability, products must have an assigned fulfillment method (e.g., shipping, pickup, or local delivery).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Open the item in your dashboard and check the Fulfillment Options:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Make sure at least one fulfillment method is enabled.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• If shipping is required, confirm you’ve set up Shipping Profiles.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to your dashboard, then items, select the item and right under the description is the location. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One other thing I’ve had to do in the past when an item is not showing. &amp;nbsp;It may sound a little crazy but it works. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes if you open the item and save it again it will sync. The problem is when you open the item again the save button is greyed out, so what I do is go to the description and add a period or remove a period in the sentence. &amp;nbsp;That will then allow you to save the item again. &amp;nbsp; Like I said that has worked for me when an item doesn’t sync. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully that will work on some of your items that’s not syncing. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
