Floorplan not showing active tables

I have 5 handheld terminals. The two newest that I received do no show active tables and tabs on the floorplan. How do I fix it?

We would be happy to step in here to help! What versions of the Square Terminal are those two running? When you try to view the tables, what comes up?

when I log in I get the correct floorplan, none of the tables or tabs on the two newest devices show up.

as for the version, I have no idea
