&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The past two nights we have had payments failed when splitting between gift certificates and then charging the remainder on a credit card.&amp;nbsp; The card processes and prints a receipt for the customer to sign, but then at the end of the transaction it fails.&amp;nbsp; We have tried it multiple times and nothing works.&amp;nbsp; I can pay the remaining balance as cash, but not a card.&amp;nbsp; I have run the card in a separate transaction that does not include the gift certificate and it goes through fine.&amp;nbsp; Any thoughts?&amp;nbsp; This and an additional issue are making me question sticking with square.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is also a known issue, and a fix has been released in app version&lt;STRONG&gt; 6.69&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Could you please check to make sure your device is on this version of the app?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We'll keep an eye out for your reply!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
