How Do I Create a Menu Without a Group?

The new interface won't allow me to move forward without creating a menu group. Is there a way around this? I don't use groups.

I am happy to help. I tested this on my demo account and did not see an option. One workaround could be adding an item section page somewhere on the Appointments category page. I will also tag some super sellers who might be able to share their insights: @Simplystunnin01 @Mobilebarn @tomven @rjonin @arickrtattoos @BMarxMed @Minion. I appreciate everyone's help!
