How can I print my kitchen tickets in red and black. Orders in black and modifiers in red. For example, Hotdog in black. No onion in red

I do not think you can as most printers for Tickets that Square supports are Thermal based printers that require No ink.

kitchen printer is not thermal it's dot matrix and it has black and red ink ribbon.

Receipt printer is thermal

I am unaware of any setting in Square to print multiple colors from any of the POS systems, this might be available printing from a computer but I do not know how to do this with a Dot Matrix printer from any of Squares Settings for the POS systems.
