Unable to see item details screen on Restaurants POS

I have several cocktail items set up so the "Skip item details screen" option is deselected, and I have the cocktail recipe filled in the item details field so the bartender can see the recipe when they select the item from the menu. For the last couple weeks or so, those detail screens are not being displayed when the item is selected. The item is simply added to the order. I have checked to make sure the setting wasn't changed, but everything appears to still be set correctly. Was there an update to how that process functions, and if yes, is there still a way I can force the item details screen to display when an item is ordered?

Our Engineering team mentioned you are running older RST App versions. Would you be able to update your iOS devices? Currently we are running 6.72. This definitely could be causing this issue.

Once you update your devices, please let me know if you are still having this issue. If so, I can continue troubleshooting for you.
