Look up transactions by ticket name

Where can I search for transactions by ticket name? It's so limiting that we only have access to this info as a ticket being worked on, and can't look it up. I can see it on transactions in the mobile app but not on the website; I'm not going to scroll through individual transactions to try to find the one for a specific customer; you should be able to search for that field.

Either one of these would be helpful:

be able to search for transactions by ticket name
include ticket name in the transactions CSV export

Hey @tfnyhu

You are able to look up transactions by Ticket Name in the Square Dashboard: Payments & Invoices -> Transactions -> Filter by "Ticket Name"

If you're looking for completed tickets on the POS you can find them in the Orders Tab.
