Inventory Question

I am getting ready to conduct our inventory and want to be able to have my 2 employees be able to scan items at the same time on our iOS store phones. When we download the square app, does it need to be logged in under my owner account to access the inventory portion or can they sign in under their square account?

@dreambabydecor When you mention signing in with their account, are you referring to the account they use at your store to check customers out? If so, they won’t need to log into your owner’s account.

Yes - I was hoping that they could log into the square app on their iPhones or our store iPhone - go into the inventory and be able to scan items into our inventory count. My one employee tried it today, but it wasn't working. Maybe we need to try again. They do have their permissions set so they can access the inventory information.

@dreambabydecor They should be able to use their own Square login. When the employee tried, what was not working?

It seems like @rtfulk and @TCSlaguna are taking care of you here, but I definitely want to be able to provide assistance where it is needed. Please send any screenshots of error messages you are getting when your employee tries to use their phone to scan in inventory.
