I need to be able to adjust set prices when items are marked way down at the end of the season

We need the "ADJUST PRICE" feature on the Square POS system. This is a MUCH needed feature for retail stores, grocery stores, etc... At the end of the season, we typically mark down items to $5, $10, etc... So when we scan the item in, we can just enter the actual price. This is available in the RETAIL package BUT would really be an asset in the POS set up. It is a pain to have to manually subtract each item and enter 1 $ discount at the end. Please make this happen or give me a reasonable work around.

set up price variations on the items. regular price and discounted price. you could even leave one of the variations blank so you can fill it in at the time of the sale.
