&lt;P data-start="149" data-end="366"&gt;Once you're in your Dashboard, go to &lt;STRONG data-start="186" data-end="250"&gt;Account &amp;amp; Settings &amp;gt; Square Hardware &amp;gt; Order Square Hardware&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Select the &lt;STRONG data-start="263" data-end="287"&gt;Reader for Magstripe&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you should see the &lt;STRONG data-start="312" data-end="333"&gt;"Get Free Reader"&lt;/STRONG&gt; option to complete your order. You can check your order status by logging into your &lt;A href="https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/account/order-status" target="_self"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Square&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; Dashboard&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/A&gt;and visiting the &lt;STRONG&gt;Orders&lt;/STRONG&gt; section.&lt;/P&gt;

I ordered one when I set up my account on February 22, 2025 but it was never sent and it is not showing in my Orders. I received my debit card but not my card reader.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It takes me back to my dashboard when I select get free reader. If I go directly to the hardware page, the free reader isn't an option. Only the one to purchase.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
