Low Stock Alerts to email stopped

Did anyone else stop receiving low stock alerts to their emails? Checked my email address on file and it's correct....I haven't seen any emails from square for low stock alerts since Tuesday February 12th. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? When will this get resolved? I am still getting all other emails from them. I also checked my settings and preferences for email notifications but I don't see anything about low stock alerts on the preference page.

Pls advise. Thanks!

Thank you for posting in the Community again! We love seeing sellers come back.

So sorry you aren't receiving those your low stock emails any more. Just be sure, have you checked SPAM or Junk folders in your email? Sometimes they can slip in there accidentally.

I will keep an eye out for your reply.

We also stopped receiving our daily Low Stock emails.

And No, they are not in the Spam Folder.

Low stock alert stopped again lastnight. Geez, Square! What’s going on lately?
