service Library in Square for retail

Hello! I am unable to see my service library at the POS checkout. I only see items in the items library. Anyone know how to see both? Thank you!

Hello @SugarAndSkinSpa I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Are you able to SEARCH in your library and see if you can get any of your services to show up? I know this isn't ideal, but it could be a way to at least use them in your checkout.

Have you done a reboot or restart of your POS in case there was an updated that was pushed to your hardware?

We have duplicated our services so that they are both in the Service Library and Item Library.

This may not be ideal for reporting purposes.

I am not sure if they can just display on both without them being separate item numbers.
