It may help a bit if you indicate what information you need a spreadsheet of (ie inventory, client information, etc). There are several exportable options for excel and CSV files from your Square Dashboard depending on which information you need. The more specific you are, the better we can help direct you to the location of the file you are looking to download.

Hi @m1987 - Welcome to The Seller Community, it's always nice to see a new face 😊

I can totally see the need for a feature like this and how beneficial it could be for sellers. At this time Square does not offer a feature that will allow you to generate a written report of all transactions and fees. I'll be happy to move this over to a feature request board so that our engineers have visibility of your suggestion. We appreciate you sharing your request. While there is no time frame for when it will be implemented, i'm happy to make sure our engineers have eyes on your request.

A great workaround would be to follow these steps:

Confirm and review your sales history, transactions details, and reports directly from the Square app.

View Your Transaction History from the App

From the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, tap More.
Tap Transactions.
Tap individual payments to view transaction details.
