My gift card does not appear on the Verizon Pay It Forward campaign website. Is there a setting I need to change in my Gift Card Set up?

Hi @KathatPomBooks- What does the screen show after you click on your gift card from their site? Also, which browser are you using to try and view it?

I'm not familiar with that campaign, but I can try to piece together what's happening from our end, if anything.

Here is the website. When I put in our zip code I see a selection of local businesses but not mine.

Thanks @KathatPomBooks- I checked in with our team and there could be a few reasons that your business isn't showing up.

1. If you don't have a logo/image associated with your egift cards

2. We're not reaching all results with the zipcode entered

3. The result page is capped at 25 results per zipcode

If you have an image picked out and there are less than 25 results showing, I'd contact our Support Team to see if they can do some more investigating for you.
