      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a customer who failed to read my turnaround time and is requesting a refund. I stated I couldn't refund her money due to her failure to read the group rules, supplies being ordered, and my turn around time not being expired (she ordered 5 days ago and my tat is 1- 2 weeks tops). She is being very immature and posting the situation on Facebook. I have lost two customers in 12 hours. How would you handle this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
