Pop Up Not Displaying

Any ideas about why my pop-up isn't displaying at all? Everything looks right on the editor, and I've read through the help articles. But when I go to my site, I can't see a pop-up no matter which trigger I choose (upon entrance, time, etc). We are closed two days a week, and we've been updating the banner to let people know that we're closed but taking pre-orders -- I'd much rather use a pop-up!

To confirm, you're not using a pop-up blocker on your browser, correct?

Correct! No pop-up blocker. It doesn't show up on mobile or web, although I haven't downloaded any new browsers to do a more thorough test (I'm on chrome). I know I recently saw a pop-up through square/weebly store (my wholesale partner also has a cafe, and I know they also use square/weebly), which is what prompted me to try to set one up for our site.
