&lt;P&gt;So that's actually not on your end! That's on Square's end, as your customer's information has been added to Square's database. I would advise your customer to go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://profile.squareup.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://profile.squareup.com/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and then go to the bottom where it says&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Delete Profile&lt;/STRONG&gt; and then their issue should be solved!&lt;/P&gt;
