We’re excited to launch an open beta for our redesigned Invoice creation flow on desktop. In this open beta, you’ll be able to get an early look at the enhancements made to creating and sending invoices in Square Dashboard, which makes the invoice creation process simpler, faster and more intuitive.

Save time - With just a few clicks you can create and send invoices to your customers.
Manage settings - View and adjust your settings with ease, and discover new features with the new “Settings at a glance” panel.
Get paid fast - Select your preferred settings after you create your first invoice, then use this template to automate future invoices.

**The updated invoice creation flow is only being updated for desktop at this time. We plan on enhancing the mobile invoice creation flow in the future**

I hope you are adding a "create order" button or toggle so I can actually use the Invoice feature to run my business more effectively.

As currently if I am helping a customer over the phone on a catering pickup for a future date and time I can't send this as an invoice for my customer to pay. Or if I do send an invoice to collect payment I now have a second stream of orders I have to manually track as it wont be with other future catering orders that the customer was able to use the online menu
