You’re invited to join and beta test Customer Insights for your business. This beta this test will give you early access to new a revamped Customer Insights experience, providing detailed reports of your customers so that you can make more informed business decisions.

Use these insights to:

Get to know your customers: Understand customer average spend, new vs. returning customers, average visits, and loyalty information. Then break down these metrics through filters, like date, location, channel, and customer group.
Understand your business: Determine which customers are spending the most, what’s driving purchasing behavior (i.e. are more customers purchasing online vs. in-store), who are my most loyal customers, and where are they purchasing.
Save time: Use your existing customer groups to better understand important trends.”

Thanks for joining this beta program! We have accepted the request, but our engineering team is still working on enabling this feature for you (and others that were recently accepted). We anticipate the feature should be live on your account today or tomorrow. Once the feature is live for you, we'll be sure to send you a launch email!
