    <description>&lt;P&gt;Being a messages plus subscriber, I would assume that when a customer cancels an appointment that we'd be notified at least by email but no? Thankfully this is a first for us in 5+ years but just thought business should be notified.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
