Restaurants Modifiers min and max dont work when the setting "Require a Selection" is selected

The only way the modifier screen automatically appears is if the setting "Require a Selection" is enabled. However when this is enabled the min and max modifier selection doesnt work. The system will force you to only be able add the number of modifiers set as the minimum.

What we need to happen is that when the "Require a Selection" option is enabled the modifier screen automatically appears. Then if the min is set to 1 and the max to 4, you should be able to to select any number of modifiers from 1 to 4 and then have a "Save" button to then add this item to the order with the modifiers selected

Currently if min is set to 1 and max to 4 you can only add 1 modifier before the item automatically adds to the order

If min is 2 and max is 4, you are forced to select 2, what ever the min is set to you have to add

The only way around this is to de select the "Require a Selection" option but then the modifier screen doesnt automatically open when you select the item on the pos. You need to add the item first and then select it on the order, then press the modify button, this will then allow you to add any number of modifiers as set within your min and max, and press save to add them

This takes longer and doesnt follow the same flow as when you only need to add 1 modifier to an item

A change needs to be made so that the system works exactly as it does when the "Require a Selection" option is turned off

The "Require a Selection" button should just set the modifier screen to open when the item is added and not have anything to do with the min and max
