Is there a way to have the loyalty points not be able to be redeemed on that are $5.00 or less??

I have a $5.00 coupon that people are redeeming on a $5.00 or less total.

@sacredheart926 There is not. I have that issue regularly, too. My rewards are simply $1 discount for every 10 points. People redeem what thy need to to get free stuff, and lost some of their rewards power when they do. But no one has ever minded when I point it out to them. Anyway, this would fall into the feature request category.

We also have a $5 reward, and just suggest to the customer about holding it for a higher purchase. Most will hold it, but some use it anyway. Either way they seem to be fine with it. I don't see it as a problem for us when it's $5 or less. I see a problem when it's slightly over $5 they redeem and pay with a card. Still for us it's a rare occurrence.
