2. How can I locate my business tax forms? ie; W-2s, 1099 etc.

Hi @Richig1954! A few options for you:

The 1099-K form will tell you the payments you processed with Square. Note this will not include any payments processed outside of Square with Cash or 3p payments. You can navigate to your 1099 in the Square Dashboard under Account Settings > Tax forms.
The sales summary report also can be filtered to a certain time period and report on your total sales for the year including cash. Simply filter to "last year" under the time period filter on the top left. You can access your sales summary here.

W-2: Square Dashboard > Staff > Payroll > Tax forms
1099: Square Dashboard > Account settings > Tax forms
