If we run a report for the week based on transaction date, the service may not yet have been rendered. A client can cancel, no service will be rendered, and I have paid the service provider for a service not rendered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having a report based on appointment date, that shows paid/unpaid, amount paid for service, and tip amount given will help ensure that I am paying out my service providers the correct amount for services they have actually rendered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our current process is complicated and takes a couple hours, when it could take only ten minutes with the above data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A report that can be sorted by Best / Worst Item or Category.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Being in Retail we need to know which Item or Items are our top performers and which we can stop carrying in our stores.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just ran a report for 2022 and from the dashboard it just lists my items that were sold in alphabetical order, no way to sort or filter it to best or worst.&amp;nbsp; Not just by dollar amount but by quantity also.&amp;nbsp; If I sell 1 clock that retails for $600 but sold 30 of our $20 candles the dollar amount sorts are equal but the quantity of sales are a lot different.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The integration between Square and Acuity Scheduling/Squarespace needs to be better. All transactions booked through Acuity Scheduling come through as 'Uncategorized', which means for reporting, I have to go through manually to work out what was purchased. Square blames Acuity and Acuity blames Square - either way, it needs to be resolved. Can this be explored this year?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I could get a report of drawer reports... I'm looking to keep an eye on which staff's drawers are regularly over/under.&amp;nbsp; I'd LOVE to have some sort of report that could show that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, in the Category Sales reports, we can't see the TOTAL COLLECTED in the category sales report.&amp;nbsp; I have to export, then ADD the Tax + Gross sales columns to get the total collected&amp;nbsp; - there doesn't seem to be a way to get TOTAL COLLECTED per category...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I note that the Labor vs. Sales reports don't include numbers from Square Payroll!!&amp;nbsp; What??&amp;nbsp; We don't use Square Time Cards, but I DO use Square Payroll!&amp;nbsp; It would be helpful to see our labor expenses vs. our Square sales.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That seems like a very basic metric to track and I would like to know what in order to know that I would have to pay for Square for Retail Plus? How much it costs us to run our business is something I want to see in reports every day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sales Trend Report-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With this just being the beginning of 2023, I went to look back to see how I did between 2021 and 2022.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Cant see it, not only that but now I am limited to only seeing a comparison of a Days sale compared to the same date the prior year.&amp;nbsp; This is not helpful since I may need to compare a Weekends sales after or before a holiday to the same weekend after or before the holiday the prior year.&amp;nbsp; Why is this so limited but for tax purposes we need to keep records for 7 yrs?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;EVENT REGISTRATION REPORT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need a quick way to pull a report of &lt;EM&gt;who has registered for an event&lt;/EM&gt;. (I use the square website and square to collect payments).&amp;nbsp;I have previously used event registration software that also included the following capabilities that I really miss and would like to have again:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Capability to email and/or text a reminder with last minute instructions for parking, etc to that specific list of people. Bonus if this could be automated when I set the event up online!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Capability to send a follow up text/email after the to say thank you, offer a coupon for future, ask for a review, give opportunity to subscribe to text/email newsletters. Bonus if this could be automated when I set the event up online!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another reason this report with text/email capacity is important is for last minute notices of cancellation, time change, venue change, etc. Currently we have to sort the transactions, click on the person's profile, hope that you have access to their email or phone, contact that one person, then go back to the list and find the next person. I really need a way to send one quick email/text to the specific group of people who have registered for this one event.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another feature on previous event software I have used is the capability to print the registration list with details they have selected during registration. Examples: food selection, seating choice, notes such as "arriving late", etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your consideration&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Completely agree with&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/281967"&gt;@btepaint&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In fact, I added it to the Appointments&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Square-Appointments/Event-Attendees-List/idi-p/351934" target="_self"&gt;Feature Requests&lt;/A&gt; page almost a year ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently every time someone signs up to one of our events, I have to open my Events Signups Google Sheet and copy-paste Date Purchased, Order Number, Quantity, Name, Phone, Email. With events of 100 people, this takes quite a bit of my time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also would love to print the registration list. Our last event we had a spin wheel where customers could get different discounts. We would then email them the coupons. Being able to mark down the discount they won on the list would be fantastic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't really need to know if we get a lot of online sales at 6pm on a Wednesday from the website, but I do need to know that for our brick-and-mortar location so I can plan for staffing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- The sales trend report to show more than 1 day at a time for the hourly view would be lovely. Again, this would be a great tool to figure out when to spend payroll hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- The ability to sort by profit margin and EXCLUDE items missing a COG would also be super helpful! We have over 2,000 individual items in our inventory, and it skews the reporting when I pull a COG report with a bunch of old stuff that we no longer stock that's missing a COG input showing as a 100% margin.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;For EXPORTING order data from Square Online- please make it so that there is a customer name or on each line of data (ie each item ordered). It's impossible to sort otherwise, and creates a huge headache if I want to see a list of customers that ordered a specific product.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Synchronize items' category assignments between Square Online and Square POS - I have so many items that wind up in "uncategorized" on the reports from POS when they are categorized on the back end of my online store&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would also like to see better reporting for cash drawers. I can't even use it because it doesn't factor in tips or service charges which we pay out of the cash drawer to the bartenders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like the ability to configure and report on various Other Payments rather than have them all funnel into that one bucket with check payments. I'd like to be able to define other payment methods such as Accounts Receivable or Advance Deposit Redeem. This will be a deal breaker for larger orgs such as mine who would like to consider a transition from legacy POS (Micros, Aloha, etc) to Square.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are an event venue that takes advanced deposits which then need to be applied to actual revenue. Right now, getting reports on these payment methods requires me to download a transaction report and run a pivot table to break out the different transactions closed to the various Other Payments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On that note, it seems this month, check payments aren't labeled as 'Check' anymore in that transaction report. Maybe that's a glitch but it's definitely throwing a wrench in the works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are a performance venue and every week/month/year is different.&amp;nbsp; So all the auto comparisons to previous Friday's or months, etc. is not helpful to us.&amp;nbsp; It would be helpful to categorize/tag a day (concert, comedy, dance, wedding, etc.) and compare that way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With lots of patrons, very few POS, and short amounts of time to serve....ticket times are a big deal.&amp;nbsp; It would be helpful to track per cashier and/or collectively what our average transaction time is, # of transactions per minute, # of items or gross sales per minute.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of our items are priced at even dollars or $0.50 increments (we don't add the tax through Square) but occasionally in our reports the totals for different categories will show totals ending in odd amounts like .37 and .58 which impossible.&amp;nbsp; This has been happening for over a year and we can't figure out what is causing that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When there is a split payment, it would be helpful for each split amount to show up in the correct payment category so we can reconcile.&amp;nbsp; I realize that gets hard to do when figuring out how to apply the different item categories to the different payment categories.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lastly, on the backend on a desktop, it would be really helpful to run a report on tickets (tabs) that are currently in the system but haven't been paid for yet.&amp;nbsp; That way we could pull up and see tickets easily from a desktop and pull a report of what all the current tickets total and total by category and items.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
