SHAFT regulations

I have a cafe and market - I do not sell anything that is SHAFT restricted but yet it is telling me that I am blocked due to SHAFT regulations. This is effecting my business and I need this fixed.

I should clarify that it is effecting my texts and that is what we want to use, not emails.

I am sorry you are having some issues and want to help! Can you provide a screenshot of the shaft restriction notice? Where are you seeing this notice, in the app or Dashboard, and under what section?

I am having the same problem. It's in the marketing section of the dashboard. I am about to give up on square.

Hey @SeeYouInHealth and @Melts. This isn't the experience we want you to have. I have escalated this to our Marketing team for them to review it. They have confirmed that both accounts have now been cleared and will begin to work in a couple of minutes. If problems persist you will want to reach out to our team over the phone, so they can assist in clarifying what could be causing this behavior in your accounts.
