Can’t Add Coupon Code limits

In marketing, when you create a coupon it doesn’t give you an option to create limits to use of the coupon, but when you click to review the coupon it says there’s an option to have limits on use of this coupon. I have this listed for new customers so I don’t want anyone using the coupon that isn’t a new customer however it doesn’t allow me to edit the coupon to create limits.

if I use discounts option the code doesn’t work why did you guys make something simple so complicated.

Hey there!

Are you creating the coupon through a campaign? In that section it should allow you to personalize it and create unique codes for each person that gets the coupon so that it is only redeemable once!
