Anyone here having problems with the email service? Seems some of my customers are getting our emails , they have checked spam and junk folders and nothing.

Some customers receive and some don’t go out at all. About ready to switch email providers .

Do your customers have domain emails or Yahoo/Gmail?

I appreciate your patience @FFH251. It appears there have been recent changes, and a domain email is now required for Square Email Marketing. You can find more details here: Square Email Marketing Requirements.

My customers or me? We have a domain email so that’s not the problem. The problem lies with yalls software
