Sometimes these things happen - for whatever reason the code gets corrupted. It's happened to me once in a while. Here's your options - try refreshing your web browser (delete the temp files, history, cache, etc., then close the browser, reopen it, log back into your Square Account and try recreating the QR Code). Another option is get the link that was created and use one of the free QR Code Generators available on the web to create a new QR Code. For example, there is this one and this one - both work great.

On the Coupon page, I click on the 3 dots to right of my coupon and download the QR code. When I scan it with my iphone, it says, No Useable Data Found.

How do I download a useable QA code?

Thanks!

Hi @BillyB,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support with this.

It’s great to see you’ve already had some support from one of our Square Champions (thanks for being ever willing to help you fellow Seller @JK_Fiber_Art).

I was just hoping to clarify how it is that you’re intending to use the QR code. Once you’ve created the Coupon in Marketing, you’ll have the option to copy a link which you can share with your customers. This link will redirect them to your website with the code applied.

However, the shareable QR Code is for customer redemptions in store. So, a customer would not be redirected to your site if they scan this with a QR Code reader. Instead, you would scan this when your customer presents it at the Point of Sale.

Have you had trouble when you’ve tried to scan and redeem the coupon at the Point of Sale? Or is it a case that you expected the QR code would redirect to your site?
