SMS marketing text not being sent

Anyone else having an issue with SMS marketing. We are open today and I scheduled a text yesterday to let our customers that we are open. And was never sent. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I am looking for a new SMS texting company

We definitely want to look into this or you. For clarification, did you see a specific error message when this occurred? If so, can you please attach a screenshot of what you are seeing?

NOPE no error.
