Embedded email signup on another system

HI, I host my website directly but use Square for other means - including marketing. Is there an embedded link I can add to my website for email signups? Ideally I'd like the link to collect data and merge it into my square contacts.

Hello @justinpc !

Yes, there definitely is an embed link available!

Dashboard -> Customer Directory -> Settings -> Email collection

There are three different options for email collection on this screen: POS, hosted page, and embedded code. You can customize the embed code to a point as well.

Hi there! When I put this form on my external site and fill it out on that site, it doesn't submit the form, but takes me to a signup form on square.com. Am I missing something?

I had the same reaction. Apparently this is intended behavior? It's really a hack of a solution. Square needs to put this in front of a UX designer.
