    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to get her number. She paid with Cash App, but her name doesn't show in the customer directory either. Thankfully, it's a weekly market we go to, and she said she would be back. Looks like settings are all up to what they should be, but we are definitely gonna move away from the QR code for right now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the insight and for confirming I have not lost my mind yet lol&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Loyalty sign up QR</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have noticed that when someone joins loyalty via the QR code, it does not show within the activity page. The POS sign-up screen disappeared, so we gave them the QR code and recorded the time. Yet, nothing shows for that time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;From what I nave seen the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;QR code loyalty sign-ups don’t always appear in the Activity feed the same way POS enrollments do.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;What sometimes happens is:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;The customer &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;I&gt;does&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; get enrolled&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;But the signup may only show in:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;the Customer Directory&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;or the Loyalty section&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;instead of the normal transaction/activity timeline.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;What I would check is go to Dashboard/Customer Directory and search by the customers name or phone number and check to see if loyalty is attached to the customer.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H4&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Check if the POS loyalty prompt was disabled&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/H4&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;Sometimes after updates:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;The “Join Loyalty” screen disappears if:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;Loyalty prompts were turned off&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;The device/app updated&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;Customer display settings changed&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;You can check:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings → Loyalty&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
