Unable to export customer directory containing lifetime points field

Hi,

We need to get a list of all of our customers and how many lifetime points they have. The lifetime points can be seen in the individual customer profiles, but does not export when you export the customer directory.

How can we get a CSV with this information (a CSV list of all loyalty enrolled customers and their lifetime points)?

@MPDC There is only one way to do this, and that is by using ManagerBot/Square AI. I just ran this query for my loyalty program:

make a table of all loyalty customers, with columns for current points available and lifetime points

One word of caution. If you are like me and have nearly 4,000 loyalty customers, Managerbot will only initially give you a subset of your total loyalty base. You can follow up with something line:

please run this again for all loyalty customers

It will take a while, but it will compile a table that you can download as a CSV. Oh, and if you want to know what else you can do with MB and loyalty, as it this:

show me all of the loyalty information you have access to
