You&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;might&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;get sued over your marketing texts (and yes,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;it’s already happening to other boutiques&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;if you're missing one critical setting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;H5&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;WHAT'S HAPPENING:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H5&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;If you’re sending texts and someone can’t call the number back and reach your store, states like Florida and Oklahoma have newer telemarketing laws that&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;some lawyers&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;are interpreting as a reason to file lawsuits.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;We are flagging this because it’s actually happening, and the fix (at least in Klaviyo) is super simple!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The fix is they added a call forwarding option so that if a client tries to call that number it rings at the forwarding number you entered.&amp;nbsp; I don't use Klavlyo so I went to square marketing to see if we had the option to add a forwarding number in settings and we don't.&amp;nbsp; Is this something techs are tracking and if not do I just add this to feature request.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
