Can customers redeem their loyalty rewards through invoice or just accumulate points? Thanks so much!

I reached out to a Loyalty team member to get a completely accurate answer on this, as I am not too sure. I want to make sure you get the best info. I'll return when I have an answer!

Thanks...from what other sellers have said and from what I've seen from using invoices I know loyalty rewards can't be redeemed, points can be earned. Thanks so much for replying back. I'm going to fill out a feature request so hopefully it will be available in the future.

@JUYBoutique20 The invoices and loyalty team can confirm that reward redemption is not available on Invoices! Just wanted to make sure I got back to you.
