A chat rep had me change the timezone on my computer from Eastern to Pacific and submit a new form and then the time I entered in the form came in as the same time in messaging. The website settings are correct because when you go from the Dashboard to Online&gt;Websites&gt;under Website:Form Submissons&gt;Open a form that was submitted, the information there shows what was entered correctly. I just ended up changing the form itself so instead of using the form option for time, I changed it to a drop down option, labeled it "start time" and listed every hour and then another drop down option for am or pm. (And did the same for "end time".
