Unfortunately, this means that Square does not integrate with Manychat directly. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pensive_face:"&gt;😔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, you may be interested in our &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/ca/en/article/7370-square-messages-get-started-guide" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Square Messages&lt;/A&gt; feature, which allows you to create a single channel for all your communications with customers. With &lt;STRONG&gt;Square Messages&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you can send and reply to messages via text or email. You can send coupons, payment links, and photos directly to your customers. Customers can also initiate message conversations by giving feedback on their orders or replying to receipts. Need clarification or a substitution on an order?
