&lt;P&gt;I took a look on the Square Dashboard to see if I could find a setting pertaining to this. As you mentioned, there isn't a specific setting for this under &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/business/email-notifications" target="_blank"&gt;email notifications&lt;/A&gt;. I'm also not seeing anything under the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/business/client_relations" target="_blank"&gt;communications&lt;/A&gt; section of Appointments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I suggest that you reach out to our &lt;A href="https://squ.re/contactsqsupport" target="_blank"&gt;Support Team&lt;/A&gt; so they can file a ticket with our Engineers and confirm if this is something we can edit for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Are we able to turn off contract sent/signed notifications?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting dozens of notifications via email every time a contract is sent out when someone books an appointment. I don't need any email notifications since I can always check in their customer file as to their contract sent/signed status.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to turn these off?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not currently book appointments, but was able to change some e-mail notification settings in the Square dashboard. I clicked on Account &amp;amp; Settings, then account. There was an e-mail notifications section there. Hopefully, this is helpful!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having this issue as well! Seems crazy that it is not an issue with most people- only way I have found of dealing with it is to automatically delete emails from square that include the word "contract"- if you have a gmail account, you should be able to set this up pretty easily. I do worry I might miss something important but it's been a life saver for keeping my inbox clear&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear that there is not a resolution for this yet. This is a great suggestion though!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As a side note, I am going to go ahead and move this back over to the original thread that it was replied from so other Sellers can also see this suggestion of yours.&lt;/P&gt;
