They can be reached at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Appointment Contracts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I was on the free trial for Plus ($29 a month), I created custom contracts for my business to send out to my clients.&amp;nbsp; After trial, I decided that $29 a month was not a bad price just based on these contracts.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I cannot even get into MY customized contracts, the 2 options I have are 1. Remove contract and 2.&amp;nbsp; Sign up for Premium for $69 a month.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I put a lot of work and effort into creating my own contracts and now I have to pay more to use them or remove them?????????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an appointment coming up and once again I have to go back to drawing board and make forms.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When comparing plans both plus and premium cover the contracts so I am not sure what the problem is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I missing how to get to it?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;An answer or suggestion asap would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I realize that this question is old, but I am also having a problem. Was this resolved? Also, I am not able to see my contracts from Appointments? Were you able to see your contract from Appointments? I just spoke to customer service and she couldn't figure it out either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It looks like the original post was referencing a free trial that needed to be removed by the support team. I know you said you spoke with support, but did the rep mention this at all, or do you recall signing up for a free trial?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
