Can the start number for Contracts be changed

We want to have our contact numbers coincide with other number series.

Can we change the start numbers for contracts so begin with either an alpha numeric number or something other than 000001?

At this time Contracts are not customization. I would suggest submitting a feature request here if one doesn't already exist.

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).

Also be sure to post a link back to your feature request here and I will gladly give it a star as it is a pretty well requested feature I've seen asked for before.
