Percentage DIscount Campaign isn't working

I created a campaign a few days ago to start 1/1/25 as a New Year sales promotion. As I went to test out the coupon code of NY25JM the 15% of one of the catalogue items the percentage is not taken out of the subtotal. It show the coupon was taken but the amount shows 0.00. After

After seeing the campaign coupon wasn't working I deleted the campaign and created a marketing coupon for the same timeframe minus 1 day. As I am trying to boost sales and clientele this is problematic if the coupon isn't working as its intended. Any help is much appreciated.
