      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you remove the option for clients to claim their loyalty rewards after the purchase? I don’t honor discounts on already discounted items and they can claim the discount on their end. &amp;nbsp;I don’t want the option for the client to be able to claim after the transaction is completed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was not like that before the update and I can not locate how to remove that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the square register.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hate to have to cancel the loyalty program.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/185251"&gt;@Sultry-HSV&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Once you are logged into your Square.com Dashboard... Follow the steps below!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Click on "Loyalty"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Click on "Settings"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Scroll down until you find the "&lt;SPAN&gt;Enable claimable points"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;NOTE: you'll&amp;nbsp;want to make sure this is turned "Off"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. Then make sure to hit "Save" at the bottom of the screen&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;NOTE: For good measures I always log out of Square after "Saving" and then log back into and navigate back to this setting to make sure that it took effect!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I hope this helps!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
