From this screen shot it does look like all of your rewards are either item or category based. Another note category rewards don't sync with Square Online. There's some backend work that still needs to be improved for more Loyalty functionality online.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;$ or % based rewards are simplest option for Square Online if you do have a lot of Loyalty customers ordering online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Square Team --&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/346321"&gt;@DannyH&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're having issues with Square Loyalty on the eCommerce platform where customers are able to view their available points but there's not option to select a reward to use. Attached is a photo of the checkout screen.
