International Phone Number for Loyalty

Is it possible for a non-US customer to sign up for my loyalty program with an international phone number? I ship internationally and have a customer in Germany who recently inquired about it.

I know that you can add an international phone number to the customer profile, but it looks like the loyalty signup only accepts 10 digits with no option for the country code.

Hey @londontea,

You are correct, Square Loyalty is currently available in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Therefore international numbers won’t work based on the number of digits.

We're looking to bring Square's loyalty program software to other markets, but there's no specific timeline for additional availability.
